Back in April 2020, we switch to using Theresa Krakauer as our Realtor. Prior to that, we were using another realtor for over 2 years and did not see any houses that piqued our interest. However, Theresa is a go getter, she really listens and notes what our likes and dislikes and would show us houses based on what we asked for and let us know if a house was a dislike for us…Theresa gently reminded us and still had the house on our list and would share with us the house is a two-story when we wanted a single story house. Theresa knows exactly what it takes to get the job done RIGHT and quickly from what we experience when we found our dream home! Theresa quickly called the owners just before 5pm and we were able to walk through the house, it was perfect!

The house had everything we asked for! That evening we made our bid with the homeowners and about 10pm that night, Theresa completed the required paperwork! It was official, our paperwork to bid on the house started. AND Theresa didn’t wait for the next day to process our bid! Her experience dictated, the sooner she could complete the transaction, the more likely we would be the first to bid on the house. Theresa was right on target!
On July 10, 2020, we officially became the new home owners! As my husband and I reflected on all the work it took to find a great home, all the running around in the summer heat, it was worth it! We are truly blessed that our friends recommended Theresa Krakauer to us. And Theresa has over 30 years of real estate experience, she pride herself on the detailed representation of us to protect us both financially and emotionally. But most importantly, she helped us to make sound decisions.

"Theresa has been my agent for two events, she first helped me with getting into a rental property in the Ocotillo area, this was a small job for her but she handled it as if it were something she was doing for herself, she took the time to understand the rental agreement, explained to me her concerns and negotiated with the landlord on my behalf to ensure my best interests were met....
I continued to use Theresa's service when I was ready to purchase a home, she was a great listener, understood my criteria, established my search area, and made herself available to look at homes at my convenience.....we looked at what seemed to be a hundred homes, she knew something about every property, kept me well informed.

Theresa was there for us at every turn! Moving to a new state and having no local knowledge of neighborhoods and the like is traumatic to say the least. She honed in on our needs for a new home and just made it happen! Even on Mother's Day she was out of town and worked on the negotiations.

We just sold our home in Phoenix for sale by owner, and Theresa was the buyer's agent. Although we were not her client, she made sure that we were treated fairly. She worked hard to make sure her buyers were well taken care of. She was very professional, organized, and honest. My wife and I knew we were going to buy a home in the Phoenix area but were not sure exactly where. We gave Theresa our criteria and she suggested several wonderful communities. She helped us look across the Valley (including several communities that we heard about from friends) and was super patient with us while we worked it all out.
Theresa knows the traffic patterns, schools, golf courses, restaurant zones, etc., etc., etc. Once we found the house we wanted she was all over getting the offer in and helping us to negotiate and close well within the budget that we wanted and with all the amenities that we were looking for.
I highly recommend reaching out to Theresa if you are going to be house hunting in Phoenix. You won't be disappointed!!!

Theresa was amazing! She helped me buy a home that was in a bidding war-and I did not have the highest offer. She also helped me sell my home quickly, despite the declining economic market due to COVID. I enjoyed working with her professionally and consider her a friend now. She brought me boxes to move with and even helped vacuum the house I was selling.
